2 tbs Olive Oil
Flour (to dust)

Dough Preparation:
Follow Braai Brood preparation instructions as per step 1, 2 & 3 on ‘how to make’.
Take prepared Braai Brood dough and fold additional olive oil through dough, gently forming pockets of oil.
Shape into a rectangle shape and place onto a pre-greased baking tray upside down after dusting with flour.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and allow to rest and rise for 40 minutes in a warm environment.
Remove damp cloth and turn over gently.

For oven bake: place in preheated oven at 220°C and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
On the coals: place on hot coals in the kettle braai for 15 to 20 minutes.
