Grissini Sticks

Ingredients:
1 egg (beaten and set aside for brushing dough)
Sesame seeds
Poppy seeds
Coarse salt

Dough Preparation
Follow Braai Brood preparation instructions as per step 1, 2 & 3 on ‘how to make’.
Divide into 20 equal pieces.
Roll the dough into thin pencil thickness sticks about 30cm long.
Place on a pre-greased baking tray and brush with beaten egg.
Roll in sesame seeds, poppy seeds and coarse salt, for own taste.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes.

For oven bake: place baking tray in preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 10 minutes, or until light brown.
On the coals: place baking tray on medium to hot coals in the kettle braai for 12 to 15 minutes.
