English Muffin

Ingredients:
2 tbs maize meal

Dough Preparation:
Follow Braai Brood preparation instructions as per step 1, 2 & 3 on ‘how to make’.
Divide Braai Brood dough into 8 equal pieces and roll into round balls.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Press flat and dust with maize meal on the top and bottom of dough.
Allow to prove for 20 minutes.
Turn upside down gently.
Place on a pre-greased baking tray.

For oven bake: place in preheated oven at 220°C and bake for 6 minutes, or until light brown.
On the coals: place onto kettle braai hot coals for 12 to 15 minutes.
