Mediterranean Focaccia

¼ courgette, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
¼ red pepper, sliced
¼ green pepper, sliced
4 small pepperdews, sliced
1 tbs tomato and onion mix
Pinch of coarse salt
Pinch of black pepper

Dough Preparation:
Follow Braai Brood preparation instructions as per step 1, 2 & 3 on ‘how to make’.
Divide prepared dough into 4 equal pieces and form a round shape.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes then press flat on a pre-greased baking tray.
Add 1 tbs of tomato and onion mix spread evenly over the top of each piece of dough.
Add a mixture of sliced courgettes, sliced onions, sliced red and green peppers and some sliced pepperdews.
Press vegetables into dough.
Add a pinch of course sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Allow to rise for 20 minutes.

For oven bake: place baking tray in preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
